Congratulations to Kotetsu “No Face” Boku on becoming the first ONE FC Lightweight Champ. Boku is one my favorite fighters, but more importantly he showed genuine hospitality by welcoming me into the Krazy Bee (Killer Bee) gym to train in 2008 when I was in Japan. A really nice guy. I’m really busy at this point in time and I don’t usually do fighter based graphics for no reason, but I wanted to make a cool poster and t-shirt graphic for this occasion and for this fighter. So here’s to you Boku! – OMEDETOO GOZAIMASU!

What you see here is a deadstock US Marine issue roll of “Mitchell Camo” – some others call it “Leaf Camo”, nevertheless this is the real deal or “The Real McCoy” as it were. It was used for helmet covers and some various other official US Marine issue gear from WWII thru Vietnam…anyway, back to the point. This is not a reproduction, or a copy. Pretty much any other company that uses this camo for a garment or product using this pattern that’s what you will get, a copy. Those who know, know that you will not find this anywhere else and the fact that it’s on a roll is extremely rare. It’s to be featured on a very limited collaboration with a very special footwear company dropping in Spring 2013…stay tuned for more details on this project. From your source for the true “Real McCoy” – LUDWIG VAN.
A few weeks ago I posted a couple photos from Valerie and Camilla Werner-Longo (via their fashion blog a butterfly by day ) – and I had to post a couple more. The photos are of Valerie’s son and his buddies at their local skate/hangout spot…I remember those kinds of days, skating and just generally messing about…they were fun! Anyhow, I really like the vibe of the photos, they look like they’re really having fun, so have a look and enjoy…can’t fake this kind of stuff, it’s legit. Thanks again Val!, love your blog.
I have been receiving many letters over the last few month’s but this one really stands out…things like this make it worth while!
Really into these deadstock ECONO-Jets wrestling shoes i can up on. They are all man-made materials from Taiwan and were standard issue at eastern European universities in the 70′s-80′s. Nice color too.
