Our friends at Grnappletree and Barracuda are doing an event at the Store. Definitely going to be a fun and enjoyable event. Make sure you come by and pick up a shirt and listen to some good live music.

I posted some news on the Shooto 20th Year Anniversary show that went down this last Sunday at JCB Hall, Tokyo. The show was sold out and went off! Shooto is BACK!!!!!!! Check the photos below, and stay tuned for some exclusive news on Shooto, Inspirit and LUDWIG!

Class is back in session kids. This weeks track comes to you from the spectacular Grace Jones 1981 release “Nightclubbing”. “Pull Up to the Bumper” has been a long-time favorite of DJ’s the world over, and nothing says dance, music, sex, romance like this track. There is only one Grace Jones. With her ‘new-wave’ style, pop-art inspired persona, she was a real deal on the 1970’s and 80’s dance club scene…all the while playing muse to Andy Warhol. Visually stunning was her look (she was a successful fashion model before a performer) and it was all New York ala Studio 54. Enjoy!
This is real Shooto. Shooto is life, Life is Shooto. Enjoy this Shooto Tradition show from this past Jan. Today is Shootos 20th anniversary show. For those of you that are fans of MMA. Shooto is where is all began.

We just welcomed a new intern from Brittany in France. Her name is Mathilde Bianchi (is she Italian?) and she’s here on a school project. She is very interested in streetwear and life in LA so things are looking up for her at Ludwig. As part of her orientation I sent her to Melrose to peruse the local shopping and get a better sense of the market. So off she went and here is her story…

Check out recent interview with Andy Wang on Carson’s Corner MMA radio show. Some of you may know Andy from the TUF 5 show where he didn’t necessarily have the best results. This is one of the most insightful interviews I have listened to by any MMA fighter. I have known Andy for a long time as a training partner and a friend, and I have nothing to say but good things about him. After listening to this interview I have gained an insight that I did not know before. He has the wisdom to learn from his mistakes. I just want to wish him good luck in his upcoming bout against Kit Cope in the WarGods promotion. Stick to the game-plan and there should be no problems. Listen to the interview here. Keep it up Andy. Word!
Funkin’ for Jamaica, Tom Browne. Isn’t this one of those tracks that you can’t always say who it’s by, but everytime you hear it you turn up the radio a little bit?…yeah, that’s this track. Jazz fusion, funky goodness. Funky, Black, White, Puerto-rican, everybody’s just a-freakin’.
