I have to hand it to BUSH. If you ever doubted his athleticism, now is proof that he is “the real deal” as he does his best impression of Floyd Mayweather slipping a jab, when he dodges not one shoe, but two! Both were thrown at high-velocity, and at short range. I was impressed, even though i would have liked them to land on the kisser, i was taken by Bush’s nimble duck, nice one BUSH!… Muntather Zaidi (the reporter who chucked both of his shoes, is now an Iraqi hero, and rightly so.) Sorry about your luck my man…BUSH is the ‘Teflon Don’. Check the video below.

The greatest skateboarder to have ever lived. John Cardiel is truly epic. His Cash Money Vagrant part is just pure raw power. Check it out.
Recently retired Pro-Wrestler Rick Flair, not much to really say about the great Rick Flair, that he hasn’t said already, this video speaks for itself. But for those of you who don’t know, now you know…he coined the term “Stylin’ and Profilin’ “.
While in Phoenix, aside from checking out some cool shops, and watching Stace compete, we checked out something in downtown PHX. called “1st Fridays”:..it’’s an art walk of sorts where a whole lot of people go down and check out galleries, performance art, food, etc. The vibe was really cool, and there were some really interesting galleries, i must say i was quite surprised at the vibe and the atmosphere, check it out if you are every there on the 1st Friday of the month.
This is basically where is goes down. 4th and Garfield St.
I must say, there was a very diverse mix of people from all walks of life there, it was really crowded, and there was a cool vibe about it, and that was refreshing. The best part about it was the absence of the “LA posturing” going on, that was nice. People were just hanging out and mixing it up. No bullshit.
There was also a really hot hip-hop scene there with b-boys and b-girls…i was hyped! ( sorry for the poor photos, a cell is all i had )…so if you are near the corner of Garfield and 4th in Phoenix, check out “1st Fridays.
So, i just returned from Phoenix with my girl Stacy, and it was a pretty fun trip. Stacy was competing in the American Open USAW Olympic Weightlifting competition, in Chandler AZ. While we were there, we checked out a few shops like Covet , King and Duck, and High Point. Really nice shops, and Randy from Covet was nice enough to rap out with us for about 1/2 hour. See some of the notes below…
Here is Stacy at the beginning of her warm-up. She is sporting the new Spec Model 2 trunks that Shu gave her ( she is sponsored by Inspirit ) and is really happy with them as you can see by the smile on her face.
This is the warm-up room, here she is warming up with some overhead squats.
Stacy is a 3-time national US Champ in the 48Kg class, here she is in competition.
\r\n\r\nOn the podium. She took 1st place in the 48Kg. class this weekend, congrats Stace.
While visiting Hong Kong, Charlie Chan took us to the Bruce Lee monument off the river front…(Will and I bugged him to take us since we were huge fans of “The Dragon” as kids.) Notice Will, thumbs up carrying on with the theme of ‘nearly sleeping’ for the whole week we were there.
This is me, posing of course. Excuse the photos ( they were taken with Charlies phone under no-light conditions…but they look really cool this way…could be the look for the next LUDWIG lookbook?)
