While in Vegas @ Extreme Couture we caught up with the up and coming MMA fighter Ryan Couture (son of UFC legend Randy Couture) and what do you know? he Enjoys Choke! seen here sporting the LUDWIG x INSPIRIT collab- t-shirt…sold out long ago, BUT we are re-upping these soon on sweatshirts for FALL–stay tuned, thanks Ryan!

I pulled out two books from my collection that have been gathering dust for years. The Yuppie Handbook and Principles of Personal Defense…both are really interesting reads in their own right and somehow very relevant right now. I highly reccomend.

Checked out the Janette Beckman show last nite at Project Space, and was really impressed by the images of the culture I grew up with. One of the photos that didn’t make the cut for the show but deserves display is one my favorites…Michael Jonzun, the Jonzun Crew.
