Mike’s post called “Consumerism as art” reminded me of this artist that my friend told me about a couple of months back. His name is Chris Jordan and you can see more of his work at www.chrisjordan.com.

There are 200,000 packs of ciagarettes in this piece. This number represents the number of Americans that die every six months due to smoking.
Lesson to be learned: DON’T SMOKE.
